STUDIO 201 is an artist collective located in Peterborough Ontario run entirely by volunteer members. Our aim is to bring together aspiring and professional artists in a supportive space and to support the growth of local arts and culture. We offer open studios in life drawing, portraiture, and landscape, as well as providing artist-instructed workshops and courses, and an en plein air painters group.

We have member and non-member rates for all open studios, courses and workshops.

Life Drawing 1 (various poses)

There is no instruction in this Life Drawing/Painting group which is open to all skill levels in a supportive environment. Models change each week and will take a variety of poses. We start each session with a series of short active poses and build to longer poses. Each Open Studio is hosted by a member of the collective and is available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
